Prototype notice

This first-stage prototype stores submitted case data in the browser's local storage. It does not transmit reports to Matavai Tower, Homes NSW, contractors or emergency services.

Do not use this prototype as the only method of reporting an urgent problem. Production deployment requires secure server-side storage, access controls, retention rules, protected identity handling, file scanning and a reviewed privacy notice before real resident data is collected.
